Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all HELLSTAR tags and security seals remain intact and untampered.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
